Power Funnels is a popular and fully remote PPC Agency that is expanding, and we are hiring for a full-time Google Ads Specialist who has 3 – 6 years of pay-per-click advertising / digital marketing experience.

As a Power Funnels Google Adwords Specialist you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest Marketing consultants and clients distributed throughout North America.
—Must-Have Experience—
- 3 – 6 years experience with creating Google Adwords campaigns from start to finish
- 3 years of Analytics experience using Google Analytics and Facebook’s Analytics
- 1-2 years of Email Marketing experience using Mailchimp or something relative
- 2 years of Web experience using WordPress and Shopify
- 3 – 6 years of communicating and liaising with clients
- BONUS if you have Facebook Advertising experience!!
—Common Tasks for this Position—
- Building Google Adwords campaigns from start to finish
- Managing Google Shopping campaigns for e-commerce clients and building lead generation campaigns for service-based clients.
- Delivering profitable website traffic by managing Google PPC channels and campaigns
- Increasing advertising reach by identifying new digital opportunities, optimizing existing channels, and running experiments
- Working within established best practices and strict revenue-based advertising spend targets
- Monitoring campaign performance by analyzing the right metrics and drawing actionable insights with a strong bias to action
- Rapidly structuring and restructuring large numbers of campaigns in response to market changes and competitive pressure, to maintain outstanding performance
- Producing compelling, high-quality ad copy that outcompetes for clicks
- Working with internal vendors to expose and take advantage of opportunities that improve the performance of the Advertising team
- Building and maintaining Advertising books of best practice with channel-specific tactics and insights
- Seeking and onboarding additional tools to deliver better results, faster
- Communicating with the wider marketing and leadership teams on project development, timelines, and results
- Continuously surfacing and circulating industry trends and channel “intelligence” with the Advertising Manager and other stakeholders

- Starting at $20 – $25 with the goal of increasing hourly wage within 30 days
- Plus monthly CASH bonuses ($200 – $2000 / month on top of base salary)
